For over 20 years we've been building beautiful homes and cottages in Muskoka. We are a full service contractor with exclusive access to a private collection of Muskoka granite.
Les Szawlowski is the owner and operator of SI Construction Muskoka. He was born to immigrant parents in Huntsville. He started working for the family business at the age of eight helping his parents run a cabin-motel and restaurant. By the age of 11 he was the "foreman" of the renovation his dad started in demolishing the cabins and building a two-story motel in the west end of Huntsville. After working with the construction crew and driving the bulldozer, he went on to help build the family home on the lake and a commercial plaza. Les hasn't stopped building homes, cottages and residences in Muskoka since he was a young man.
